Job Description:

  • Supervise procurement of office equipment,stationery, Generator Sets, UPS on competitive rates, terms &conditions after following prescribed procurement procedure.
  • Arranging insurance of bank equipments, vehicles etc.,at market competitive rates.
  • Finalizing / renewals of contracts, lease agreements,insurance agreements etc., with relevant suppliers/companies on most competitive terms & conditions.


Required Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Policies & Procedures
Proficient in MS Office
Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
